This site is dedicated to all the animals
lost in Hurricane Katrina,
including our sweet Bitsy and Boy.
We were unable to locate them two days before we were forced to leave our home and head for higher ground in the city. Only after the waters receded were we able to find their bodies.
They were part of our family for seven years.

One of the only positive things to come out of Hurricane Katrina is that laws have finally been passed that insure people will no longer have to choose between their lives and the lives of their beloved pets in
